I am Jing Zhang, a PhD candidate in Biostatistics at Department of Population and Quantitative Health Science, Case Western Reserve University.
My research focuses on
- Quantification of uncertainty in dynamic functional connectivity in brain functional MRI imaging data
- Early stopping and personalized design for real-time functional MRI experimentation
- Spatial statistics and infectious disease
- Propensity Score Method
Besides my thesis work, I have over 7 years of experience in collaboration work as a Research
Assistant in Biostatistics. I have hands-on experience in
- Phase I and III oncology clinical trial data in hospital and pharmaceutical company
- Cross-sectional study in neurology and infectious disease
- Longitudinal study of myopia surgery
- Grant proposal and sample size calculation for various studies
The statistical software I use includes 7+ years in R, 4+ years in MATLAB, 3 years in SAS, and 1 year in Python.
